Shipping Rates

Orders of $25.00 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. mainland.
Orders under $25.00 are charged a flat shipping fee of $3.99.

Delivery Area

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. domestic warehouse.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery within the U.S. mainland usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Changing the Shipping Address After Placing an Order

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@goldge.com and include your order number.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address for you.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are generally unable to change the shipping address. In this case, you may need to refuse the delivery or arrange for the package to be redirected through the carrier (additional fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility).

We recommend double-checking your shipping address carefully before completing your order to avoid delays or additional costs.

Sales Tax

Applicable state sales tax is automatically calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address. Because all orders are fulfilled domestically within the United States, no customs duties or import fees apply.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
